pTEF1(m10) - constitutive promoter
Mutant of pTEF1 promoter with differences in about 4 bp. Very similar promoter activity as pTEF1, weaker than m6, and stronger than m3 & m7.
- Data derived from placing promoters in front of GFP, inserting into yeast homology, and using Flow Cytometry to read GFP levels (arbitrary units).
