1bp deletion and 2bp mutation exist between the promoter and RBS.

2. Result of our experiment
We improved this OUC-China’s phosphate sensor part including the phoB promoter, by amplifying the phoA promoter region of E. coli (MG1655) and ligating it upstream of GFP part (BBa_K1139201)
