IndC Indigoidine Synthetase device synT1 (engineered)

This engineered version of indC BBa_K11520013 contains a synthetic T-domain instead of its native T-domain. It still is capable to produce the blue pigment indigoidine as OD-measurements showed.

In the multiple sequence alignment showed below, this variant of indC is named synT1.
