Suffix Improvement
Introduction:
The construct BBa_K1022109 is made by ligating the existing biobrick BBa_K112808 in pSB1C3 backbone in order to correct the suffix, as it was observed that the suffix in the existing part (BBa_K112808) didnot have a Not I site.
This correction is useful for future cloning and sequence analysis. RFC10 standard is thus fixed due to this.
For a detailed characterization of the more improved part BBa_K1022114 with a pT7 promoter, please visit [http://2013.igem.org/Team:TU-Delft/Killswitch Killswitch] on TU Delft iGEM13 Wiki.
