HpNikR coding device
It's a simple coding device of HpNikR, obtained as ligation product of BBa_J04500 + BBa_K1151000 + BBa_B0015. The protein is synthesized when IPTG is present.
Protein expression
The plasmid containing this part has been inserted inside of BL21 cells, and we proceeded with the classic protocol of induction with IPTG for a time of 1, 2 and 4 hours.
