mlrA
MlrA is a transcriptional regulator of the curli operon in an avian pathogenic E. coli strain and in S. enterica subsp. serovar Typhimurium. Its conserved sequence in E. coli K-12 substr. MG1655 is expected to upregulate csgD expression and thus increase biofilm formation.
