The CP promoter parts is a collection of constitutive promoters characterized in both E. coli and Lactococcus lactis by Jensen and Hammer (1998). In E. coli it has also been characterized in a fluorescence-activated cell sorting machine (FACS) with BFP with the constitutive promoter J23101 in the standard parts as a reference.
