Applications of BBa_K575033

This functional experiment is performed by 2013 NTU_Taida. We tested the function of BBa_K575033 by using clinical bacterial species. These are the clinical bacteria that we used for functional testing.

We cultured the bacteria overnight and centrifuged the mixture. We use the bacteria supernatant as our testing sample. We used ELISA plate reader to read the fluorescence of the biosensor and supernatant mixture. To bacteria with different resistance, there showed different quantitative expression of fluorescence.
