We tested this circuit by transforming it in ''E. Coli'' DH5 alfa. We cultured the ''E. Coli'' in LB medium overnight, dilute until OD value=0.1, then added into ELISA plate reader for testing.(See testing protocol in NTU_Taida igem WIKI for details.) We then add AHL into the medium to test results from 10-3 M to 10-9 M. Data is taken every hour from 0 to 6 hours. Applications of BBa_K1157013

We used ELISA plate reader to read the fluorescence of this inhibitory circuit biosensor.
