LasI synthetase + LVA with subsequent double terminator
This construct is derived from BBa_C0078 and BBa_B0015. It combines the autoinducer synthase LasI (producing N-3-oxo-dodecanoyl-HSL) including the LVA degradation tag with a double terminator to prevent further transciption.
Usage and Biology
The synthetase LasI produces the autoinducer molecule N-3-oxo-dodecanoyl-HSL of the las quorum sensing system.
