This construct is derived from BBa_R0062 and BBa_B0032. It combines the inducible promoter of the lux quorum sensing system of Vibrio fischeri which is activated by LuxR in combination with 3-oxo-hexanoyl homoserine lactone (3-oxo-hexanyol-HSL) with an RBS.
