Applications of BBa_K1162012
Protein purification studies were carried out by passed lysed cell protein through a Nickel Resin and binding GFP-HT to the resin. This experiment demonstrated the ability of the GFP-10x His Tag (BBa_K844000) to be used in protein purification and visually monitor where the protein fractions are without the use of additional protein quantification.
