Design Notes
This part was amplified from Bacillus subtilis genomic DNA and ligated into the EcoRI and PstI digested pSB1C3 backbone (see BBa_K1045004). It was then further SpeI and EcoRI digested and ligated with the XbaI and EcoRI digested CFP (BBa-E0020). Altogether this composes BBa_K1045002.
