GFP-RFP nickel regulated 3 (without terminator)
Combination of the following parts: BBa_K1151011 + BBa_K1151008. This combination displays red and green fluorescence under specific conditions. GFP is costitutively expressed and it is possible to repress its expression using nickel ions in medium and in presence of HpNikR (BBa_K1151000) as trascription factor. On the contrary RFP is switched off normally, but it can be switched on by the addiction of nickel ions in medium and in presence of HpNikR (BBa_K1151000) as trascription factor.
