Freiburg amilCP Color Tag

We have put the amilCP blue chromoprotein into Freiburg format so that it can be used to create fusion proteins. By putting AmilCP into Freiburg format this allows AmilCP to be fused with another protein so that other proteins can be color tagged making identification and tracking much easier to do.

You may have to try attaching this protein in front or behind your protein depending on where the active site is. If it turns out to cause problems on either side a linked protein can be used. We have a Freiburg linked available as part Part:BBa_K1188006.

AmilCP absorbs at 588 nm.
