Pc-LasR-pLas-BFP
In this biosensor, we use a constitutive promoter to express quorum sensing receptor LasR. When 12-C AHL molecule binds with LasR, it is suppose to regulate the downstream reporter BFP. It is able to detect 12-C AHL molecules.
