Design Notes

In this device, we test the terminator efficiency in the consideration that the terminator is influenced by the downstream sequence.

The Csy4 part is modified from the plasmid pHMGWA-Pa14Csy4 made by Jennifer Doudna's Lab. sfGFP from Ding Yu's Lab at Fudan University, R0040 from Kit, B0034 via PCR, Insulator: Csy4 loci via PCR, B0015 from Kit.
