LacI with miR-FF5 and miR-FF3 target

This part is a LacI coding sequence with 4 miR-FF5 and 4 miR-FF3 target sites so it can be regulated with micro-RNA FF5 and FF3.It was designed as a intermediate product to construct BBa_K1116003 in our project. .We use this part to construct K1116003.However,K1116003 cannot be assembled in pSB1C3 because target gene has ECOR1 restriction site .We have tested K1116003 .The results can be seen in K1116002's experience. [[1]] So the plasmid K1116001 works because K1116003 have been tested.
