NOTE: This was our original submission of the part. The S7 micrococcal nuclease contains a mutation at a single nucleotide and is thus ineffective. We have since resubmitted the part as K902084 in which we repaired the mutation. This system consists of the rhamnose promoter, a strong ribosomal binding site, and S7 micrococcal nuclease. This is part of the final kill system which is repressed by glucose.
