Applications of BBa_K902041
amdA is an Amidase gene responsible for the removal of primary amides from a variety of compounds. We validated the ability of this gene to remove the primary amide group from benzamide. This was evaluated through GC/MS analysis and detailed on our protocol page. This is detailed in the figures below:
