Characterization by Tec-Monterrey EKAM iGEM 2012

The functionality of this part was tested by transforming Pichia pastoris with a construct containing the sequence under the control of promoter BBa_K945000. The culture was induced with methanol at a 1% concentration and visualized using fluorescence microscopy.

Control: Transformant with BBa_K945004 under promoter BBa_K945000 visualized under the microscope.
Control: Transformant with BBa_K945004 under promoter BBa_K945000 visualized with fluorescence microscopy (Zeiss filter set 18).
