Spot42 randomized reverse primer

This part is a component of the Uppsala University iGEM 2012 modular small RNA screening system.

This primer is used to create a random sRNA library, together with BBa_K864445, by randomizing the mRNA-binding region of the spot42 small RNA (BBa_K864444). This library can be used to screen for synthetic silencing sRNA:s.

Note

Due to technical limitations, the correct sequence can not be entered into the registry. The entered sequence should be preceded by 20 N:s, to denote the randomized region, and thus read:

NNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNGCTAGCATAATACCTAGGAC

Tm = 52,9°C
