fhlA: a transcriptional activator for enhanced hydrogen production
FhlA is the transcriptional activator of hycAp Part:BBa K778000 .
E.coli overexpressing FhlA produce H2 (since hycAp is the promoter of FHL(formate hydrogen lyase)).
(The full construct in this experiment is Part:BBa K778007 and the modified fhlA(E363G) part is Part:BBa K778002.)
Detailed Information :[http://2012.igem.org/Team:UT-Tokyo/Project/H2_E.coli] but the results in this wiki is older than this figure above.
