Usage and Biology
The SH3 domain along with its ligand(Part:BBa_K771108) comes from Mus musculus, which could dimerize spontaneously. The original dimer was introduced by Dueber et al., 2012. This pair of dimer is a perfect material to construct the dimerizable proteins.
