iGEM linker for shuttle vectors BBa_K802003 and BBa_K802004

The linker was cloned into the shuttle vectors BBa_K802004 and BBa_K802003 so that the plasmids would correspond to the iGEM format.

Construction

This part was constructed by hybridization of two complementary primers. The obtained polylinker has compatible sticky ends with the enzyme restriction sites EcoRI and HindIII. For more information, see Part Design.
