A control device for BBa_K861169

This is a control device for function detection of the indirect regulatory device K861169. In the device, a constitutively expressed cI is assembled with promoter repressed by cI, resulting in repression of the gene downstream. In comparison with the device K861169 which is activated by glucose, RFP in this device will not be expressed at any glucose concentration.
