BcsZ is controlled by promoter Pcar (BBa_K861171) which can be repressed by CRP-cAMP complex. So the expression of BcsZ will be repressed at high concentration of CRP-cAMP complex. On the contrary, BcsZ can be expressed at low concentration of CRP-cAMP complex.
