FadE gene for fatty acid degradation from Salmonella enterica LT2
FadE gene in S. enterica and in E.coli have similar function. Yet it is shown that S-FadE have far better efficiency compared to FadE in E.coli. The original S-FadE gene contains PstI restriction site. This part has already been point mutated (The G at 1983bp was mutated to A).
