cotZ: B. subtilis spore crust protein (-2aa)

This part codes for one of the outer most spore crust proteins in B. subtilis. We designed this part in the Freiburg standard (Assembly 25) to use it as a platform for protein display on B. subtilis spores.

There are two versions of the cotZ gene in the registry, BBa_K823031 (cotZ re, this part) and BBa_K823032 (cotZ in).
