Inducible Red Fluorescent Ligand Generator (TRE-Tight-Delta-mCherry) MammoBlock Device

This MammoBlock composite device produces the red fluorescent juxtacrine signaling ligand Delta-mCherry when induced with tTA/rtTA transactivator variants in the presence of tetracycline analogues, and otherwise produces Delta-mCherry at a low, basal (OFF) level.

Here is a graph showing doxycycline dependent activation of TRE_Delta-mCherry in the presence of constitutively expressed rtTA3.
