A composite part comprising of a J23100 promotor, holin (BBa_K112805) and endolysin (BBa_K112806). This part has been to designed to lyse any cell which does not contain part BBa_K515104 in the genome.

They have found that there is an illegal XbaI site in the T4 Holin protein sequence originating from BBa_K112808. This was also found in the HQ's sequencing results but the RFC10 compatibility tag has not been removed from the front page of this part.
