INP-GFP

This part contains a fusion of an existent ice nucleation gene (BBa_K265009) and a GFP gene. GFP has been successfully fused to INP, verified by gel electrophoresis and DNA sequencing. The size of the product is correct and the sequence suggests it is in the correct orientation and frame. However, the cells with the INP-GFP fusion gene would not fluorescent. Spectrometer readings suggest limited fluorescence. We believe this construct is correct, but it needs to be tested in a different plasmid under the control of another promoter.
