The Pmsp1 is the second strongest promoter on AMB-1. RBS(Pmsp3) is the RBS site from Pmsp3, the strongest promoter of AMB-1 tetR serves as a switch,which can turn on the downstream gene when Tetracycline is present ;and vice versa. GFP serves as a reporter to show if the construct work or not. All of the ribosome binding sites are RBS from Pmsp3.(BBa_K624012).
