BBa_K316009 Penn State 2011 iGEM

Part of our reporter project was largely focused on improving the part developed by Imperial College London iGEM 2010 (BBa_K316007) we began by characterizing their test part K316009. The data for this test, using the standard catechol assay described by their team <a href="http://2010.igem.org/Team:Imperial_College_London/Protocol">here</a> is shown below. For induction 10 ul of 100uM of IPTG was used.
