Lumazine Synthase with Transciptional Terminator and pBAD (No Promoter)

Made by assembling BBa_K542000 with BBa_I13453.

Note that the pBAD promoter (BBa_I13453) is downstream from the Lumazine Synthase gene. Therefore, pBAD is not regulating Lumazine Synthase production (ie. Lumazine Synthase is not arabinose inducible).
