pJEJAM3

pJEJAM3 is a plasmid intended for transient transfection of mammalian cells. pJEJAM3 consists of the strong constitutive cytomegalovirus (CMV) promoter, yellow fluorescent protein (YFP), the BGH polyA, the hygR marker cassette, an ori for propagation in E.coli, and an ampR resistance cassette (Figure 1).
