Applications of BBa_K606039

We observed an RFP signal under a fluorescence lamp, also showing indirectly the production of T7 (which is under the same promoter).

The functionnality of the T7 included in this design has been characterized with BBa_K606036.

-There is no proper characterization for this part. We observed the part fluorescing under the illuminatol, showing that the RFP is functionnal. We have an indirect proof that the T7 is functionnal, because the double transformation with the part BBa_K606036 gives a GFP signal.
