OmpF + W.RBS
This is a composite part featuring the OmpF promoter and Weak RBS.
It is part of the 2011 University of Glasgow Promoter/RBS library.
Design
The small size of the ribosome binding site means that it cannot be visualised on a gel. To solve this problem, we used AlwnI restriction enzyme in a method that is detailed on our wiki.
