Theophylline Riboswitch 1-Venus

This part regulates the expression of venus in a theophylline-dependent fashion through an RNA aptamer specific to theophylline.

This theophylline riboswitch (type1) biobrick activates the expression of the Venus fluorescent protein in a theophylline-dependent fashion.
