This part was submitted because we want to show that we were able to use Gibson cloning method to make multiple gene insert. We performed Gibson Cloning to combine the 5 genes, which were extracted as 3 inserts of manageable size, in a pGA3k3 backbone. We also envisioned that this part can be combined with the other parts to make a circuit that contains all the essential genes.
