Design Notes
This part is an additional part to our optogenetical AND-Gate (BBa_K568001. It might be used by somebody who wants to create another AND-Gate based on the blue light sensor but with another first promoter than our red light sensor.

It consits of the synthetic intermediate part (BBa_K568006) and the T7ptag (BBa_K228000).
