Usage and Biology
This mutant Aldehyde Decarbonylase has a amino acid change from asparagine, N, to methionine, M, at residue 25. [http://2011.igem.org/Team:Washington University of Washington 2011 iGEM Team] has designed this mutant ADC with a goal to produce C13 alkanes when it works with Acyl-ACP Reducatse, AAR. For more information, refer to the fully assembled brick.
