Caltech 2010: It appears that this part's sequence has been mixed up with BBa_K124014. The gel data on each part page appears to corroborate this mix-up.

Sequencing by the 2011 iGEM Team Freiburg supports the finding of the Caltech team 2011. Additionally following errors compared to BBa_K124014 were found:

  • The wrong prefix was used what will finally lead to a RBS-ATG distance of 8 instead of 6 nucleotides.
  • Two single nucleotide exchanges could be found.
  • The overall sequence resembles the wildtype phage sequence and not the artificially constructed sequence submitted for BBa_K124014.
