This composite part is composed of nikC and improved ribozyme-assisted polycistronic co-expression system: pRAP. The nikC is a subunit of the the NikABCDE transporter, an ATP-binding cassette, made up by nikA, nikB, nikC, nikD and nikE. This composite part will finally be used in [https://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_K5115082 BBa_K5115082(ribozyme connected nik operon)] for further experiment.

===Usage and Biology===
