This part is mainly used for the encoding extracellular polysaccharide hydrolase PslG and the hydrolysis of such extracellular polysaccharides ''Pseudomonas aeruginosa'' PAO1 biofilm . The first 50 bp of the sequence is its ribosome binding site.
For compatibility, 254<sup>th</sup><br/> nucleotide G was changed to A (same as leucine) and 1358 nucleotide G to A (same as leucine).
