We cultured <i>B. xylophilus</i> with <i>S. cerevisiae</i> expressing EGFP of this part from the TDH3 promoter (BBa_K530008). After several days we collected the nematodes and observed them with a fluorescence microscope, and we were able to confirm nematodes emitting green fluorescence throughout the intestinal tract.
