We used the part BBaK106697 to construct a kind of yeast which can flocculate when the first device of our project is working. The Flo1 gene is put after the lexAop-fig1 promoter. This promoter is the PCR product from this part. Sequencing result reveal this part is working at least in the region of lexAop-promoter.----------Tianjin IGEM Team
