Talk:Bacillus subtilis

--Chris 15:27, 26 March 2009 (UTC) The B. subtilis promoter xyl is incorrectly labeled as an activatable promoter. Unlike it's E. coli cousin, the B. subtilis xyl promoter is repressed by the XylR gene of the chassis, making the promoter sigma A represable.
