Notably it contains the parts: - BBa_M50080: a strong RBS - BBa_M50115: the torC operon - BBa_K1429000: GFP
And parts not listed in the registry including a high copy origin (pUC ORI) and an ampicillin resistance gene. As our only unique part was the BBa_M50115 torC operon, the plasmid itself was procured from from ATUM and thus has some features from this company's specific process including Bsal cloning sites at the beginning and end of this part.
