Usage and Biology

LIRA_input210 is the gene sequence that was used to generate hsa-miR-210-3p. hsa-miR-210-3p can be used in response to the detection of LIRA_H210 and initiate the expression of downstream genes. The principle is the same as LIRA_input01.

This device is used to express LIRA_input210 in E.coli to test the function of LIRA_H210_2/20, LIRA_H210_7/15 and LIRA_H210_10/12

Characterization

T7 promoter could be induced by IPTG, so the intracellularly concentration of LIRA_input210 produces a large difference between the two conditions of IPTG presence/absence. This composite part is equipped by the following plasmids and co-transformed with the corresponding H210 plasmid.
